Read these guidelines before requesting gear. Submitting a request means you understand the booking, payment and return process.
Secure the booking
After the request is reviewed, pay the required deposit and send proof of payment to secure the booking.
Verify identity
Send a clear copy or photo of your IC through the private channel provided by Lens Lepak.
Collect & sign
Pay the remaining rental amount on collection, inspect the gear and sign the rental agreement before handover.

These are not optional fine print.
Read every rule before paying the deposit. They protect the equipment, the next customer’s booking and your deposit.
Rule 01
Deposit and cancellation
The deposit is refunded after all gear is returned on time and in the same condition. If you cancel three days or less before the rental date, the deposit is non-refundable. Please plan responsibly.
Rule 02
Equipment condition
All equipment is checked before handover. You are responsible for returning every item and accessory in the same working and physical condition.
Rule 03
Storage and file transfers
Bring enough memory-card or storage capacity for your shoot. Rental hours do not include file-transfer time, and Lens Lepak is not responsible for transferring or storing customer footage.
Rule 04
Pricing
Published rental prices are fixed. Requests to substantially reduce or bargain down the listed price will not be accepted.
Rule 05
Late returns
Late returns are not allowed and will incur an additional charge based on the applicable daily rental rate.
Rule 06
Extensions
An extension is not automatic. Contact Lens Lepak before the return time; approval depends on the next booking and the additional rental fee.
Rule 07
After-hours handover
Pickup or return outside the agreed operating hours incurs an additional charge and must be arranged in advance.
Rule 08
Pickup location
Standard pickup and return are in Subang Jaya. Any other location must be requested and arranged in advance.
IC privacy
Watermark your IC copy “For Lens Lepak rental only” and send it only through the private channel provided after review. Do not attach identity documents to the public booking form.
