Terms of Service

These terms cover using the lenslepak.com website: browsing the gear catalog, submitting a booking request, and general use of the site. They don't cover the rental itself - the deposit, condition, late-fee and pickup rules for an actual gear rental are set out separately in the Rental Guidelines, which you agree to when you submit a booking request.

Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a reservation. Gear is only held once the request is reviewed and confirmed, deposit and payment proof are received, and the confirmation goes out. An unconfirmed request that isn't verified within 24 hours auto-closes and doesn't reserve any gear.

The name, phone number and email you submit are what we use to reach you about your booking. If they're wrong or out of date, we may not be able to confirm or contact you about your rental.

Prices shown on the site are per day and can change without notice. Availability shown on the site is live but not a guarantee - a request is only truly held once confirmed, per the process above.

Text, photos and branding on this site belong to Lens Lepak unless stated otherwise. Don't copy or reuse them for another business without asking first.

We try to keep the site and booking system running, but we don't guarantee it'll be available every minute of every day. If the site is down and you need to reach us, use WhatsApp.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

If these terms change, the update will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
